西门子开设欧洲首座光子计数CT传感器晶圆

Siemens Healthineers has officially opened its semiconductor fabrication plant in Forchheim, Germany, the only facility of its kind in Europe, to manufacture cadmium telluride-based sensors for photon-counting CT scanners with an investment of approximately €100 million and more than 100 new jobs.
