美敦力启动MiniMed拆分换股要约

Medtronic has commenced an exchange offer to split off at least 80.1% of MiniMed Group shares, allowing Medtronic shareholders to exchange their ordinary shares for MiniMed common stock at a 7% discount in a transaction expected to be generally tax-free for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
